title    How do I make my payment?

In IMEC Online Store, we concern about your security and convenience. We use MolPay online payment services to facilitate online transaction. You can pay for your order with the payment types listed below:

  • book   Credit card: We accept all types of Master and Visa credit cards
  • book   Debit card: We accept debit cards (with Master or Visa icon)

After payment, please email the Payment Slip or Bank Transfer Details together with Your Name, Order ID, and Amount (RM) to online@imec.com.my or WhatsApp to +6019-330 3755 in order for us to proceed to arrange delivery.

Note: Full Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of Order Confirmation. Otherwise, your orders will be canceled without further notification

title    What currency do you use?

All prices on IMEC Online Store are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

title     I have trouble applying my voucher to my purchase.

Please ensure your purchase meets the Terms & Conditions listed on the voucher. Check the minimum amount spent, the expiry date and if you have entered the code correctly as the voucher code is case-sensitive.

You will received an Order Confirmation email upon the successful order transaction.

If you have not received your Order Confirmation email, please check the junk folder in your email or the order summary under “My Account” category.

Once you placed an order, you will receive emails to keep you informed of your order status. Alternatively, you may log in to your Account at https://store.imec.com.my/ to check your order status.

title    Can I cancel or amend my order after order confirmation?

If you wish to cancel your order after order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Team at online@imec.com.my, or call/WhatsApp us at +6019-330 3755 IMMEDIATELY.

However, once an order has been confirmed, paid and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

However, we do not guarantee that order can be amended to your requirements.

title    Where do we ship to?

Please note that we ONLY ship within Peninsular Malaysia for online purchases.

The delivery service for online purchases is NOT available to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) and Overseas destinations due to some shipping constraints.

However, special shipping arrangement can be tailor-made for our customers who reside in the above destinations.

title    How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping delivers between 3 to 5 working days within Malaysia.

title    What is the return policy?

Please contact our Customer Service team at online@imec.com.my or call/WhatsApp us at +6019-330 3755 if you need to return a product within 24 hours of goods receipt.

We do not accept the request for Product Return other than the following reasons

  • book   Faulty or Damaged Product due to Manufacturing Defects
  • book   Wrong Item Despatch
  • book   Not complete item(s) delivered


To qualify for the possibility of an exchange, you must:

  • book   keep the Product in its original packing and condition with all its accessories and not used
  • book   specify in details the alleged faulty or damaged Product
  • book   provide any other information eg order number, photos, as requested by us.


If an exchange is allowed, you must:

  • book   return the Product to our office within 10 working days upon our instruction for verification and inspection
  • book   make sure that the Product is in its new condition with complete original packaging and label


Upon confirmation with our Customer Service team, please pack the item and send it back to:

No exchange is allowed if we find the Product:

  • book   has been used, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
  • book   has been involved in any damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
  • book   had been dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions for the Product.
  • book   not in its original packing and label


In any case that the request for an exchange has been approved upon inspection and the Product is out of stock or not available, we may:

  • book   replace it with other similar Product of similar value
  • book   refund the cost of the Product itself
